“Ohr HaMoreh”, as its name suggests, casts a bright light on the Rambam’s “Moreh Nevuchim.” It opens the gates of understanding to one of the great classics of our people. This is a remarkable achievement.

...my dear friend, R’ Ezra Bavly Shlit”a ... arranged the articles in a way that can be easily understood by the reader... I bless him that he will be successful in his work and many will acquire understanding in the light of the Moreh.

... accessing Moreh ha-Nevuchim is difficult. Ohr HaMoreh, as the name suggests, illuminates the sometimes closed work by introducing, organizing, and explicating. Reb Ezra Bavly has illuminated and made accessible this fundamental, but sometimes opaque work... Moreover, by dividing the work into the weekly parsha, the reader can always find a relevant idea. I know that it has helped me better understand and discover new insights in the Guide.
